The OZ25 Nut is made of high-quality cast steel with a heat treatment hardness of 44-48HRC. The nut is directly tightened, with high rigidity and strong holding force.

How to use Nut
1. Place the chuck into the nut, turn the chuck slightly, and push the nut evenly in the specified direction when the eccentric flange enters the undercut of the chuck.
2. Fix the nut and collet on the clamp body or the machine tool spindle, and rotate the nut until the collet is pressed tightly. Clean the straight handle of the tool and insert it into the guide hole. Use a wrench to tighten the nut until tight. The tool is re-clamped.
(Note: Never tighten the nut without a tool inserted, otherwise the nut will be damaged)
3. When replacing the tool, loosen the nut, take out the chuck and the tool together, then remove the tool and push the chuck in the specified direction. Finally install the different sized chucks and cutters.
