Product Description
The BT40 shrink fit tool holder is a shrink-fit system that uses the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the tool holder (special stainless steel) and the tool (tungsten carbide) to clamp the tool with strong and high precision. The precision is no less than that of the hydraulic tool holder, and the run-out is about 0.0025mm.
1. Quickly load and unload the tool, clamp it within 5 seconds, and cool it in only 30 seconds. The unique water cooling device can prevent the accuracy of the tool holder from deteriorating.
2. High precision and small jitter.
3. Longer life. For hot loading and unloading operations, even if the same tool holder is hot loaded and unloaded more than 2,000 times, the accuracy will not change.
