The manufacturing level of domestic CNC machine tool accessories has improved to a certain extent compared with previous years. Products such as plastic drag chains, steel drag chains, machine tool protective covers, machine tool work lights, machine mattress irons, etc. have been continuously improved in specifications and varieties, and their structures have been continuously improved, and their main performance and reliability have been greatly improved.
At present, domestic CNC machine tool accessories should be said to be able to meet the supporting needs of mid-range CNC machine tools. However, the machine tool accessories supporting some high-end CNC machine tools still have a gap compared with foreign countries. The main reason for the gap is that most of the accessories companies are small in scale and overall. Equipment manufacturing capabilities, collaborative supporting capabilities, and the company's own technological transformation capabilities are insufficient. This is also the main reason why the level of my country's products is currently lower than that of foreign products. Domestic enterprises need to increase investment in technological innovation, improve production and manufacturing capabilities, expand production scale, actively cope with technological innovation hurdles, and improve their own service capabilities.
