For some new technology accessories, only a few research institutions or manufacturers are currently in the research stage in China and have no production capacity. The mainframe basically relies on imported supporting equipment. In addition, the high-speed characteristics and clamping accuracy of power chucks and tool holders used in high-efficiency CNC machine tools are far behind those in foreign countries.
The manufacturing level of domestic CNC machine tool accessories has improved to a certain extent compared with previous years. However, the machine tool accessories supporting some high-end CNC machine tools still have a gap compared with foreign countries. The main reason for the gap is that most of the accessories companies are small in scale and overall. Equipment manufacturing capabilities, collaborative supporting capabilities, and the company's own technological transformation capabilities are insufficient. This is also the main reason why the level of my country's products is currently lower than that of foreign products. Domestic enterprises need to increase investment in technological innovation, improve production and manufacturing capabilities, expand production scale, actively cope with technological innovation hurdles, and improve their own service capabilities.
