Before installing the spring collet, it is necessary to first install the clip spring into the lock nut (as shown in the following figure), and then gently screw the lock nut with the clip spring onto the extension rod or tool handle. After installing the tool, it can be clamped and put into operation with difficult hands.
To obtain performance, before installing the spring collet, it is necessary to clean the clip spring, the threaded portion of the lock nut, and the positioning surface and cone surface.
During the installation of the clamp spring locking nut, the clamp spring locking nut must be tilted at a certain angle, and then gently placed in the locking tab of the locking nut,
2、 Precautions for CNC tool handle spring collet
When using the spring chuck handle to clamp the tool for cutting, it is important to note that the clamp spring must clamp the tool to prevent the tool from flying out and injuring people during high-speed rotation, resulting in accidents.
When the spring chuck tool handle is not in operation, it is strictly prohibited to tighten the locking nut on the tool handle or extension rod when installing the tool to prevent deformation and brittle fracture of the clip spring.
