1. Chuck
The chucks include three-jaw self-centering chuck, hydraulic power self-centering chuck, adjustable jaw chuck and high-speed power chuck (up to 100000r/min for high-speed use).
2. Tailstock
The CNC lathe tailstock plays an auxiliary role in supporting the workpiece during processing.
3. Dividing head
CNC indexing head is a commonly used accessory for CNC milling machines and machining centers. Its function is to perform rotary indexing or continuous rotary feed motion according to the signal or instruction of the control device, so that the CNC machine tool can complete the specified processing process. CNC indexing is generally matched with CNC milling machines and vertical machining centers, and is used to process shafts and sets of workpieces. The CNC dividing head can be controlled by an independent control device or by the CNC device of the host machine through the corresponding interface.
4. Milling tool holder
The spindle taper holes of machining centers are usually divided into two categories, namely the universal system with a taper of 7:24 and the HSK vacuum system with a taper of 1:10. The collet holder (ER tool holder system) is currently the most commonly used tool on machining centers. The shank can be used to hold straight shank drill bits, end mills, taps, etc.
