Collet processing method and production technology
1. Material selection: Good materials are the basis for ensuring product quality. Spring chucks are made of spring steel. Common materials are T8A, 65Mn, 60Si2 Mn, 9SiCr, etc.
2. Hardness: There are many shapes of spring chucks, which are mainly composed of a clamping part, a diameter part (elastic part) and a fixed part.
