When pressurizing the hydraulic tool handle, please fully tighten the bolt with a T-shaped wrench
When the bolt is completely tightened, it will stop rotating. The hydraulic holding force of our hydraulic tool handle works best when the bolt is fully tightened.
When installing a cutting tool on the hydraulic tool handle, the end of the tool should be close to the lower end inside the hydraulic tool handle.
If one end of the cutting tool is too short to fit tightly against the bottom end inside the hydraulic tool shank, the position of the cutting tool end cannot be more than 8mm from the bottom end inside the tool shank during tool installation. (Otherwise, the inner diameter of the tool shank will shrink and be damaged, and the tool shank will leak oil.)
Before installing the knife onto the hydraulic knife handle, remove the moisture and moisture (oil) inside the knife handle.
Due to not cleaning the inside of the tool shank and directly loading the tool, liquid foreign matters inside the tool shank can cause the cutting tool to fall off during processing. (Clean the inside of the tool shank before installing the milling cutter)
4. Do not arbitrarily open or pull the hydraulic hole on the hydraulic tool handle.
After the hydraulic hole is arbitrarily opened or pulled, the hydraulic oil will be lost, and the hydraulic tool handle will not be able to continue to be used and maintained.
5. Do not install rough machining cutting tools,
6. When the screw part of the tool handle is damaged or the hydraulic pressure cannot be processed properly and A/S maintenance is required, please do not disassemble the tool handle yourself. Please contact the supplier.
