Things to note after processing:
1. Remove chips, wipe the machine tool, and keep the machine tool and the environment clean.
2. Pay attention to check or replace the oil wiper plate on the worn machine tool guide rail.
3. Check the status of lubricating oil and coolant, and add or replace them in time.
4. Turn off the power supply and main power supply on the machine tool operation panel in sequence.
5. When starting up the machine tool, the principles of returning to zero first (unless there are special requirements), manual, inching, and automatic should be followed. The operation of the machine tool should follow the principle of low speed, medium speed and then high speed. The running time of low speed and medium speed should not be less than 2-3 minutes. Only when it is determined that there are no abnormalities can the work begin.
6. It is strictly prohibited to knock, straighten or correct the workpiece on the chuck or between the tips. The workpiece and tool must be confirmed to be clamped before proceeding to the next step.
7. The operator must stop the machine when changing tools, workpieces, adjusting workpieces, or leaving the machine tool.
8. Operators are not allowed to disassemble or move the insurance and safety protection devices on the machine tool at will.
9. Before the machine tool starts processing, the program verification method must be used to check whether the program used is similar to the parts to be processed. After confirmation, the safety guard can be installed and the machine tool can be started to process the parts.
10. Machine tool accessories, measuring tools, and cutting tools should be properly kept and kept intact and in good condition. No compensation will be required if lost or damaged.
11. After the training, the machine tool should be cleaned and kept clean, the tailstock and carriage should be moved to the end of the bed, and the machine tool should be cut off.
12. When a machine tool malfunctions or an abnormality occurs during work, it should be stopped immediately to protect the site and report to the on-site responsible person immediately.
13. Operators are strictly prohibited from modifying machine tool parameters. If necessary, the device administrator must be notified and asked to modify it.
14. Understand the technical requirements of the parts drawing, and check whether there are any defects in the size and shape of the blank. Choose a reasonable method of installing parts.
15. Select CNC turning tools correctly, and install parts and tools accurately and firmly.
16. Understand and master the CNC machine tool control and operation panel and its operating essentials, accurately input the program into the system, simulate inspection and chamber cutting, and make various preparations before processing.
17. If you find that the lathe has abnormal sound or malfunction during processing, you must immediately stop the machine for inspection and report to the instructor to avoid danger.
