1. Installation method of CNC tool holder spring chuck
Before installing the spring chuck, you must first install the clamp spring into the locking nut (as shown below), and then gently screw the locking nut with the clamp spring on the connecting rod or tool handle. After the tool is installed, you can clamp it with your hands and put it into work.
In order to obtain the performance, before installing the spring chuck, please clean the clamp spring, the threaded part of the locking nut, the positioning surface, and the conical surface.
During the installation of the clamp spring on the locking nut, the clamp spring locking nut must be tilted at a certain angle and then gently placed in the locking clamp of the locking nut (as shown below)
2. Precautions for CNC toolholder spring chuck
When using a spring chuck toolholder to clamp the tool for cutting, be sure to pay attention to the clamp spring must clamp the tool to prevent the tool from flying out and injuring people during high-speed rotation, causing accidents.
When the spring chuck toolholder is not in working state, it is strictly forbidden to tighten the clamp spring on the toolholder or connecting rod when installing the tool to prevent the clamp spring from deformation and brittle fracture.
