Product Feature：

1. HSK63A ER25 ER32 Tool Holder adopts a double-sided constraint design, which closely fits both sides of the spindle, minimizing the imbalance of the tool system, thereby reducing vibration and effectively enhancing the rigidity of the tool holder.

2.It has high thermal strength, oxygen resistance and good comprehensive mechanical properties. It has completed carburizing heat treatment and has strong wear resistance and stable inner and outer diameter grinding.

3.There is about 0.8mm carburized layer on the surface, and the surface hardness is about HRC56°. When the spindle sandwich tool holder is rotated at high speed, the tool holder fitting surface protection accuracy remains unchanged and the surface is not easy to change.

4.Simple and fast assembly method, more convenient and faster, improves work efficiency, greatly speeds up processing time,and improves process quality.
